Saul Lake Bog
The most common complaint we hear at the shop is that we close at 4 pm. But it allows us to get out hiking on nice days. Today we drove northeast of Grand Rapids to Saul Lake Bog, one of our favorite remote spots. No one else around on the entire property. It has been set aside by the Land Conservancy of West Michigan, one of the non-profits we support. It was a perfect fall day.
