We're on our way to Florida today and its a good timing. The river is down---no threats of floods, at least for a few weeks---never know what spring will bring. It's also a good time to take a vacation from the book.
This week I received the second half of the advance and that's always a good secure feeling, and I also got the first 3 chapters bacl from the copy editor so it's moving ahead full steam, hopefully out in late summer. I've never been so excited about a book. It has been a long time in coming and I'm convinced it's my best one ever. Here is the rough cover copy.
