Living along the bank of the Grand River on Abrigador Trail, we are now official river rats--meaning that we live in a floodplain. But the term means more than that since my initials spell rat--and the reflections are ones both in my mind and on the water.

Today we enjoyed the company of Mom and Dad Kracker (Myra's folks, John's 2nd in-laws) and Yvonne and Roger, Myra's sister and brother-in-law. They visited Carlton Gardens and we all had lunch in our big screened in gazebo. Here is a photo of Mom and Dad standing in the doorway of the chapel John built in memory of Ruth (his first wife) and Myra. I hope John and I look that good in our 90s.
